Radiator Manufacturer: A&C has successfully developed many SPMs for M/s Tata Toyo Radiator - a major radiator manufacturer in India. These machines include: core assembly machine; tube expansion machine; and member assembly machine, among others. These machines are manufactured to the exact and stringent specifications of the client. These machines use high degree accuracy, advanced hydraulics and electronic controls like servo drives, PLC programming, etc.
Axle Manufacturer: A&C has designed and supplied the entire assembly line to M/s Amteak Auto for the assembly of axles for Tata's 207 line. The SPMs include: component washing machine, bearing greasing machine, hub greasing machine, and
special process for assembly operation. All these machines are designed in consultation with the client to help them improve productivity, quality and to reduce cost.
Engine Component Manufacturer: A&C is developing SPMs for phonic wheel pressing and an auto straightening press for
M/s Migma Machine. The auto straightening press is being developed for the first time in India and includes hydraulic press with servo control drive, measuring technique and advanced software.
Forging Industries: A&C has also developed many automation equipments for various forging manufacturers like Bharat Forge, Kalyani Thermal, Bill Forge, Sona, etc.
Plastic Components Manufacturers: A&C has successfully designed and commissioned assembly lines for dashboard of Spirit, door panel and SPMs for many air vent models for Tata Auto Component Systems.
