The Roboplazma solution is a flexible, high precision, plasma cutting system that combines robotics, and high speed software programming. This system can cut almost any shape on plate, structural, pipe, I-beam, channels, angles and formed components. This internationally patented (includes US, Europe) and multiple awards winning system offers versatile applications in one machine. Roboplazma offers 2D and 3D cutting capabilities that enable a variety of jobs to be processed with one system. This unique flexibility gives users the potential to meet multiple customer needs simultaneously, for example, the 3D profiling of pipe or structural such as I-beam, channels, angles, etc. The company believes that any fabrication machinery solution has to address the customer's material handling needs. 

Plazma robotic software division is dedicated to developing in-house, cutting edge patented software with an integrated Plazma plant with SPMs, CAM software driven CNC machining centers and other machines ensure high quality torch manufacturing. Powerful 3D software is used for all product designing. 

In-house precision fabrication ensures high quality robotic gantries. The Plazma training school has two dedicated in-house Roboplazma systems providing complete all round hands on training of operators and maintenance personnel.

Plazma Torch: Internationally patented and CE marked torch, which is capable of rugged duty cycle cutting with high precision. 

Robot: From a fixed base robot, the Plazma robotic solution is scalable to a moving base or moving cantilever configuration depending on the growth of the customer's business, allowing greater flexibility of operation. 7th Axis Cantilever Gantry enables a working area of 3 mtr width and 30 mtr in length. Roboswift Plazma software is flexible, extremely user-friendly software enables the robot to be programmed within 8 minutes. 

Digital Work cell: A detailed work cell is created that simulates the entire solution layout, material handling cycle time, job movement etc. This is a virtual workshop environment.
