Bangalore, January 28, 2015: Scania Commercial Vehicles India Pvt Ltd kick started the New Year on a winning note by bagging two prestigious Apollo Commercial Vehicle Awards. Contesting in the categories of Green Product of the Year and Puller of the Year, both Scania Green Bus and Scania R 500 emerged as clear winners among other nominees for its market leading innovation and outstanding vehicle performance. Mr. Sivakumar, Director - Sales, Scania India and Mr Krister Thulin, Director - Presales and Marketing, Scania India were present at the awards function and accepted the winning trophies on behalf of Scania India team.

Scania has emerged winner in the Apollo CV Awards for the third consecutive time. The Green Product of the Year is a new category listed for the 2015 session with focus towards vehicles running on alternate fuels offering sustainable mode of transportation system. The 2015 session of Apollo CV Awards saw many leading commercial vehicle players being nominated for their respective vehicles.
