The Corolla Altis sets a new benchmark with a revolutionary design, making it the worlds most loved car since 1966. We are indeed thrilled to receive this award and thank our customers for trusting us for our design, features and safety."
The Corolla Altis has attributes like a premium image, luxurious interiors and competitive pricing that endear it to customers, making it the segment leader with almost 53 per cent market share. Globally the car is manufactured at 16 plants worldwide across 154 countries.
To give an idea about the success of this vehicle N Raja says, "It takes 9 million cars to cover the earth's circumference once and if we were to stack all Corolla cars sold globally then we would have taken 4 rounds of the circumference of the earth and still have 5 million cars remaining." Now think about it.
