ACM 2900 is a fully automatic station for R134a or HFO1234yf coolants. The ACM 2900 station has been approved under standard SAE J-2788 which is already applied in the US and is being studied in Germany. This standard is based on two main points: the stations must recover at least 95 per cent of the cooling fluid the stations must minimise the quantity of gas released into the atmosphere by respecting both of these points, the ACM 2900 provides a significant economic and environmental advantage. When you know that under the best circumstances standard equipment only recovers 80 per cent of cooling fluid, at least 15 per cent of fluid is saved with each service! One other asset that enables operators to save time is that the ACM 2900 station has a fully integrated dynamic diagnostic. It enables a heat analysis to be carried out in two minute and detects any malfunctions or breakdowns in the cold loop. Automatic functions recovery oil change vacuum gas load oil load standard characteristics: fully automatic cycle. Alarm service + humidity indicator. Coolant management: the station features a simplified regulatory fluid management program operator code.
