KCTR Varsha Automotive Pvt Ltd (KVAPL) offers steering linkages with unique sealed ball joint technology in India. These ball joints typically have much tighter seals to keep contaminants out and fits in to ‘fit and forget’ technology. Sealed ball joints are often referred as ‘low friction’ joints because they typically have polished ball studs and synthetic rather than steel bearings. This reduces internal friction and makes steering easier, which is why this type of joints are being preferred by OEMs and globally adopted. Steering linkages with ‘Sealed Ball Joint Technology’ developed by KVAPL for majority of next Generation vehicle platform of Tata Motors ranging from 6 tonne to 41 tonne. The vehicle range includes from LP/SFC 407 to Prima LPS4923, 4928.4028,3123 models.
