Automotive component manufacturing is the main business of the group. The group companies JBM Auto and Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd are engaged in the business of supplying automotive components to auto OEMs. The group has an infrastructure of 35 manufacturing plants, four engineering and design centres across 18 locations globally. JBM Group has broadened its horizons by focusing on quality delivery, solutions approach, product development processes, flexible manufacturing systems and contract manufacturing.
The Group has alliances with more than 20 renowned companies globally and the associations include Arcelor Mittal, Cornaglia, Dassault Systems, JFE Steel Corporation, Magnetto (CLN Group), Ogihara, Sumitomo and many more. Recently, the group ventured into bus manufacturing and renewable energy sectors as well.

Innovative design and manufacturing systems
JBM Group has the strength of providing end-to-end solutions to its customers. Through its `Art-to Part` capability, JBM can conceptualise, design and manufacture the desired products in the lowest time frame.

JBM acquired the reputed European engineering and design firm Tesco Go Spa, a leader in engineering and design services, in 2012 to give a boost to its efforts in developing international designs.

JBM Group started operation in 1983 as a manufacturer of LPG cylinders for Delhi NCR. However, it had the knowledge and foresight to see the big opportunity in auto component manufacturing. After doing due diligence and thorough research it entered into the automotive industry two years later. In 1986, the Group signed a joint venture with Maruti Suzuki India Ltd for the manufacturing of sheet metal components and assemblies. The journey began with a vision to expand the business in the automotive sector by keeping abreast with market trends and global technology.
Its competencies and customer trust threw open new avenues for JBM and today it is a diversified conglomerate manufacturing luxurious buses, setting up solar power plants and imparting education.
Vast product range
JBM Group has a wide spectrum of offerings in auto components. It designs and manufactures body-in-white, chassis & suspension systems, exhaust systems, jigs and fixtures, skin panels, tubes &tubular parts, welded assemblies among other products.
It has successfully ventured into manufacturing of luxurious low-floor buses. The first tranche of these buses will start plying in Noida and Greater Noida from April 1, 2016. These low floor buses have been designed and manufactured at its facilities in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. JBM has the capacity to manufacture 2,000 buses annually.
JBM is a Tier-1 suppliers to Maruti Suzuki, Honda Motors, Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Fiat, Ford, Renault-Nissan, General Motors, Volkswagen Group, Bajaj Auto, Hero Moto Corp, Suzuki Motorcycles, TVS Motorcycles, Yamaha Motorcycles, Volvo Eicher, Ashok Leyland, MAN Trucks, New Holland, Escorts, SML Isuzu, JCB and Bombardier among others.
JBM is a responsible corporate with strong belief in giving back to the society. Its welfare arm Neel Foundation undertakes plethora of welfare activities in the country. The company also has full-fledged skill development centres where it imparts skill training to young people. In most cases, these young minds are given jobs in JBM`s own manufacturing plants.
