The Bengaluru-based QuEST Global Services, the provider of premium engineering solutions, has acquired Germany’s Detech Fahrzeugentwicklung GmbH & Co KG. Detech is the second major investment made by QuEST in Germany following the 2015 acquisition of Engineering und Design imFahrzeugbau (EDF) GmbH.
Headquartered in Munich, Detech offers engineering services for automotive industry, including construction design services for automotive components and calculation/simulation services. It is serves the well-known German automotive manufacturers in project, process and quality management along the entire product development process. Detech also provides consulting services with a mix of engineering and staffing services.
