How we do it?

• Designing: In-house using licensed CAD-CAM software
• Prototyping: Hand crafted by a team of experienced people or by tooling
• Production: Carried out using fixtures which are made post prototyping
• Welding: Use of only MAG technology, which gives superior spatter / flux free welding
• Finish: Powder coated or painted. Pre-treatment by seven tank process/shot blasting/chemical

Vertical drum pallet, VDP-1313

Stakall offers vertical drum pallet, VDP-1313. It is designed to store 4 drums per pallet and stack-able up to 3 high Gr+2. It is compatible with all types of MHE and 2-way entry for hand pallet trolley. It has 4 way entry for forklift and stacker and static load capacity (3000 kg). It has dynamic load capacity (1000 kg) and available in black and blue colour. These are lightweight low maintenance, durable, cost effective and above all of consistent quality. Stakall manufactures a wide range of storage solutions, from steel pellets to heavy duty boxes and from drum pallets to mini containers. The company provides solutions in design concept or construction, sample produce or mass production. It also fabricates pallets from mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium; the user can choose the type of metal best suitable to their plant environment.

Snout end bins

Stakall offers a wide range of snout end bins. These are suitable for storing of articles of very small in size. These are lightweight yet sturdy design; ideal for use on the assembly lines. They are self stackable and have carrying capacity up to 30 kg. They are available in blue/yellow colours.
